P6, what is that you want folks to acknowledge? Nationalism? or Solidarity? It has been my experience that most of Blacks foks are nationalistic, and in a real push, reflects a strain of solidarity that is disquieting to a lot a of folks. For example, have you ever had a white person ask you," why did you acknowledge that Black Guy when you don't even know him/her? So there is a measure of natural nationalism/solidarity that is ever-present and palpable. I mean, white folks even experience this characteristic. Check out how they interact with each when they are in the 'hood' or on a vacation in some nonwhite conutry. It is a primitive type of solidarity of sorts. And how they run this country or any other European diasporic nation, and Europe, reflects their nationalistic tendencies.

So the question is, how does this nationalitic strain translate into an 'action-able' strategy for collective relevancy, be it global or otherwise, so as to ensure our collective survival, culturally, physicially, pychologically and in many other aspects?

I would like that strain you mention to be a bit more active. Something to contribute to as well as draw on. I'd like folks to give it a little thought.

That's a lot to ask of a single approach, isn't it?

Perhaps it may seem like a lot, but I look at the matter not as a single approach. It has in it multiple layers of the same body politic, in other words. In fact, it relates to something I like to call " a collective Black agency"  so as to achieve a single objective-survival. It has the appearance of a goemetric pyramid of sorts, of Black interest and agendas with the top of the represented as as, the universal person whose relevancy to the world is so irrevocable as to make us extinction proof, so to speak.

Some of the layers are apolitical.

And some survival issues aren't collective at all. I've found efforts to address collective issues with personal methods as futile as efforts to address psychological issues with financial methods. I don't think you'll find a single guiding principle to address all those issues in detail.
