I caught the bastards reprogramming my PVR by remote this morning.
Fine, fine...but I'm watching a show I missed and recorded while visiting my pop in the hospital. It's a series (okay, okay, it's Yu-Gi-Oh GX) that starts with a recap of the ongoing story. I go to fast-forward past it...
...and it won't move. They don't want you to skip the commericals. Rewind doesn't work either.
I checked the shows I saved in the past (Dr. Who). Fast forward and rewind are fine. Apparently they only blocked fast forward and rewind on shows you haven't watched yet. We'll see when this show is over...if that's the way it works, I'll eventually calm down. If they killed the fast forward on anything recorded from toady forward, it's MythTV time. I'm not a geek, but I got geek attributes.
