Okay, we got notifications working for registered users again.

Once per hour, P6 will sent out a really ugly email message listing the posts and comments made since the previous mailing. You can actually get the whole post via email if that's your preference.

To turn it on, click the "my account" link at the top of the page. On the linked page click the "my notify settings" link and have at it.
