The immigration debate is now taking an interesting turn. Black folks have been saying lower-to-middle class white folks have more common cause with Black folks than they do upper class white folks.

The first video makes me
The first video makes me think of the Paula Zahn show where the discussion of basically American Blacks and Mexican immigrants...who is lazier (or work harder, if you desire). Outrageous foolishness...the show should have centered around Americans and Immigrants...no specific race. Nonetheless, a lot of time people who complain of lazy Americans are basically complaining about basic employee rights. I won't dispute there are some lazy people, I've worked with a few. But there isn't an older person in my family whose body isn't breaking from years of work...my family (overall) is working poor, taking care of sick people, cleaning up after people, working in a factory or a mine...I dont want to hear about lazy Americans, especially lazy black Americans.
Okay, I'm off to watch the other two videos. Maybe I should have waited before commenting, ;)
P6, the third video says no longer available when I clicked on it.
P6, the third video says
The scariest one. Interesting.
We'll give it an hour or so. If it doesn't show up. I'll replace the YouTube video...at one minute, it's small enough to serve from my own site.
LATER: Okay, third video is up.
numero tres...,
is right on time. no cornucopian caller, that one. too bad he didn't use peak oiler terms like carrying capacity and footprint, but from where I'm sitting, absent any profound reengineering of our social topology to dislocate millionaires as the motivational archetype and replace them with scholar workers, well, the reorganization is going to be as short, ugly, and brutal as it is inevitable.
