This guy is saying everyone needs "affordable health insurance," and an "affordable basic policy." We see what they mean by that by looking at that donut hole in the Medicare drug benefit.
It's a remarkable argument. After blocking every attempt to provide universal health care...a wholly different concept than universal health insurance, the objection Leavitt puts forth is that we should be working toward affordable insurance for everyone.
It's Hypocrite Day, it seems.
