1. You really aren't making too much sense; sadly I overestimated your ability to reason at my level (3rd year law student)
2. You can't find facts as it relates to culural problems without discourse, and you definitely cannot solve them without discourse.
3. Good luck with your myopic perception of facts and broken arguments. My time is better spent making a legal, societal, and cultural difference. Take care.
OH! but he's not done!
"I'm bringing documented statistics compiled by the Justice Department that PROVE the problem is restricted to 19-24 year olds. As I said, if you need them all to be equal problems you are spreading falsehoods and damaging your own cause."
It's not restricted to just one of the three groups as you falsely state. You twist your own facts. Anyway, goodbye.
But one good bye is NEVER enough.
Sorry, I'm back. My legal mind can't stop but noticing that the issue isn't about fact-finding but of solving the problem. Even further, Cosby has not misstated any facts, nor has he created any with rhetoric. He is observing facts as you are. You have yet to counter anything I have said about that with a functional rebuttal. You are so off topic it scares me and, incidentally, shows me that Cosby is correct.
OH! His legal mind! He has a legal mind! (What that actually is, is the persistant recognition that he hasn't covered the hole in his case.)
I couldn't take it anymore.
Okay, Legal Mind. Does the problem suddenly end when Black men hit 30? Does it ever end?
Why don't you upper class, pure semantics types NOT have the problem? Because resources allow you to buffer the impact of your actions as youths. You you're deeming the lack of wealth to be a moral flaw.
And yes, it's about solving the problem...which you can't do without facts. Which is why I'm trying to explain why your current approach will not work. Assuming your intent is to help Black folks in general and not just solve the problem of your being embarrassed by being associated with them.
I am so glad you explaind you're a Legal Mind. It really explains a lot.
"He is observing facts as you are. "
GOOD! We're making progress. Maybe you aren't totally without hope, Legal Mind.
"Cosby has not misstated any facts"
Never said he did, Legal Mind. Go back and check the testimony. I said the book reported them in a way that obscurse rather than clarifies. You know about how to do that, right? That's what Legal Minds are trained to do, after all.
I hope they aren't paying this twit.

Look at his grammar, and his spelling. If he's in law school, it's a law school not worth the paper it is written on. This is the same guy right?

I almost feel bad. I think I've shaken his confidence. "My legal mind," indeed...
Still, my grammar ain't perfect. Each comment has a 500 character limit...sometimes a contracted thought finds its way to the keyboard.
Yeah, anytime they feel compelled to state their credentials...
or poo poo yours then you know they have lost the argument or lost their damn mind. You're supposed to be impressed and defer to his superior legal mind... in training. lol
