All respect and no restraint

Clinton hasn't learned a damn thing from Iowa

If the Clintons are going to stop Mr. Obama, they need to do it now. If he wins the New Hampshire primary Tuesday, the news media will go nuts and he will head toward the Jan. 19 caucuses in Nevada and the Jan. 26 primary in South Carolina (where half the voters are African-American) with incredible momentum.

So what is Ms. Clinton's response to this challenge?

While the senator was vague, her campaign pointed out to ABC News examples of Obama's liberal positions. In 2004, Obama said he would vote to abolish mandatory minimum sentences for federal crimes. "Mandatory minimums take too much discretion away from judges," Obama said in an NAACP debate.

And though some folks say

In his own subtle way, running against the party - at least to the extent that it's part and parcel with the Village in general - has long been Obama's message. But he's also long been good at blurring just what that meant, wink wink nudge nudge suggesting he was running to its left even as he used rhetoric which suggested he was running as David Broder's love child.

...what does "Obama doesn't want Black criminals (wink wink nudge nudge) to go to jail" say about a Democratic candidate who is running against a major section of her purported constituency?

And now that Hillary is stealing Obama's lines say about his rhetoric "[suggesting] he was running as David Broder's love child"?

I already posted about this

Told ya. Told ya that she's going to use sending ANOTHER generation of Young Black Men to the Prison Industrial Complex to get elected.

I've expressed my disgust before.

Black folk better WAKE UP.

The people are awake. It is

The people are awake. It is their purported leaders who are sleepwalking and as Ralph Ellison warned us nothing in the world is so dangerous as sleepwalkers.

"Where there is no vision the people perish..."

I wonder what all the elders

I wonder what all the elders of the civil rights generation who have pledged support to Hillary are thinking.

The civil rights elders

The civil rights elders that you refer to stopped thinking a few decades ago. What else can explain, for example, Andrew Young's preposterous comments about the Clintons being blacker than Senator Obama or his pimping for Wal-Mart by attacking small shopkeepers operating businesses in black communities.

Hopefully this can scare

Hopefully this can scare them into serving their constituents.

Their constituents are not

Their constituents are not black.

That will become apparent,

That will become apparent, and then they have to go.
