Dear operatives trying to scare white folks:
You may want to rethink your rhetoric.
I will not comment on the apparent expectation that the pastor of a church must simply repeat the same message every week for 20 years. Instead I will remind you of that truth: each white person in the USofA has at least one friend who is a good guy, he just doesn't like (for example) Black people. And if this person, who you, as a white person, know tries to keep it in check, slips and uses some racial slur, you would argue for leniency and a(nother) Second Chance.
Do we need to go down the list of celebrities that you, as white folk, have forgiven and demand that we forgive, because they went through the public ritual?
If this gentleman's complaint is valid, all white people are racists. Fortunately for you, I think he's full of it.

Well, first, after all this
Well, first, after all this media coverage and inspection, not one single person has ever supported or substantiated the claim that Rev. Wright is "racist" or how anything he said is "racist."
As far as substituting Wright's "(rich) white people" and recasting it in Christian Identity mode to say "black people"... Well, we're still left with having to locate the racially demeaning & derogatory statements Wright said about "white people." No one supposes white supremacists make racist statements that aren't racially demeaning & derogatory. So let's hear it:
Which statements of Rev. Wright are "racist" or express racial "bigotry"?
The Christian Identity ~ Trinity substitution-comparison obviously and quickly falls flat when we note that Trinity UCC is part of a predominantly White denomination. The fact that you can't substitute an asymmetrical history that neither Trinity and our thoughts about the Christian Identity movement can escape it... Well, that would explain why objections like the delusional caller (Obama has been given a pass? A pass?) and the Sean Hannity's of the world never rise above the level of rhetorical suggestion/assertion.
You are right. I know
You are right. I know dozens of people whom I consider good but who are racist.
These moderators just kill me.
P6, every time you post one of these, I can't help but wonder how the moderators keep their expressions in check while they listen to crazy people yammer on about their crazy ideas.
Me? I'd be rolling my eyes and trying to keep from laughing right at 'em.
I think I'd nail the guests
I think I'd nail the guests that pander to them.
