IF WE CAN'T LOVE OURSELVES....?
If we as African-American, Black, Negro, people, can't love ourselves, we can't expect others to love us, or accept us, or treat us as human beings worthy of dignity and respect, either.
Especially, since some of us like to act no better than animals attacking their own:
While I know the majority of us are hard-working, taxpaying, decent citizens who contribute mightily to society as individuals and as a whole, it is incidents that show the worst of...the lack of humanity, that portrays us as nothing more than the "Boogey-Man" that Missy Hillary continues to use..and there are some of us who keep giving her ammunition. Dang.
No, I'm not going to give a "When are we Goin' to get our shyt Together" lecture, because at some point, our humanity has to come forth, or else we're merely shells of what we were always intended to be.

Has your humanity come forth yet? Mine has been active long enough to see that this is the same phenomenon as that. That some humans will simply work that way...but the odds they'll work that way goes up as their wealth and social status goes down.
I'll assume no harm is meant, but you really have to do facts instead of...that...to do no harm.

Judging by the stats, the black community is no less "humane" than the white community. Once you hold for socioeconomic status, crime rates are the same.
Now, do I wish we'd all get our acts together? Yeah. But to use our community's ne'er do wells as some justifiable reason for Clinton is the definition of self-hate. Not to mention the fact that local TV and paper news continue to publicize black crimes at a rate higher than black actually commit crime.
To paraphrase Tim Wise, "there's nothing wrong with the black community that an end to white supremacy won't fix." Get back to me when all white people get their acts together.

This is "black guilt at it's worst
Is everytime some idiot like Flavor Flav, some Blood or Crip or some African- American acts a fool I am supposed to feel guilty and respond to these issues like they are the end of the world. Since nobody in this country wants to do any thinking beyond the Cosby/Dyson view or show stats about teen pregancies, and is Black on Black crime so different than any other gang shootings and the like? White Guilt has left the building and has been replaced in the last 20 years with "Racial Correctness" and if you challenge ...

2. mainstream media
3. other holier than thou Negroes
4. American policy
5. Urban Policy is not pathological but a systemic history of events that has left a legacy
6. That Israel's policy towards the middle east is genocidial and just as bad as the Nazi party
7. Or that modren Black Conservatism is morally and intellectually bankrupt because they have no orignial ideas
8. While you may disagree once in a while with the tatics of the media- chosen Black leader trio of Jackson, Sharpton, and Farrahkan but on the whole they do a good job being advocates for African- Americans who have no voice

Whiner, Anti- American, Anti- Semetic, or a CRACKPOT, but if you criticize people like Me and others on these various sites in which progressive ideas and intellectual debate is strongest (unlike the mainstream) you will be rewarded with money, fame, and the tag of black redeemer or "leading intellectual. That my friends is "R.C." or Black Guilt and that is worst than any so- called white guilt.
