I stumbled onto BlackBlogWatch yesterday. Looks kind of new, but also looks like they're actively adding sites. They have a pretty good number of them that I haven't seen yet, nice clean Web 2.0 design. It's got a nice "YES WE CAN" graphic in the header linking to the dread video...you know the one of which I speak.
