WARNING: Angry Black Man Ahead

Patrick Buchanan

Never seems to surprise me with his "racialist rhetoric" this country is 221 years old and before 2008 no Black Candidate had a chance to get the POTUS nomination much less the V.P. and there were talented Blacks in in both parties who could have won election in the last 50 years. Now the Mick is mad because "Black Folks" (his words) are voting 94% for Obama and 6 for McSame when that party in the last 50 years has played every race card with such dexerity it would make a Satan blush, now we are the racists when there have been surveys that whites will not vote for Obama or any canididate regardless if he's better than the white one. Whites vote with their agenda well in hand and they are afraid that Obama will restribute economic and social polices to blacks long denied them and that's why they oppose him.

Pat needs to be set out to

Pat needs to be set out to pasture. Period.

And I'm confused.

The white lady acknowledge that there is some "covert race card playing" that's acceptable today. But to Pat, unconvering the covert playing is "overtly playing the race card" and that's unacceptable.

How does one start an online position against another person that'll really get around? Pat gots to go.

That's what I'm talkin bout

P6, this scene encapsulates what I would love to see you write at length about in the first book. Mr. Page is confronted with the ignorance and opacified guilt of outspoken white allies (Clift), silence of bystanders (the young woman) who may know better but lose the internal battle to advocate for justice on matters of human rights, and the sorties of white revanchists who've redirected their anger and hostility at him.

I discerned a combination of humor and cool posture on Clarence's part. But what else did he do? Is this innate temperament or acquired skill? Are there video depictions of alternative approaches? Is there a public intellectual or political figure that you find particularly adroit? Is there one that you find clumsy?

By the way, I'm ashamed to see the day when Tavis Smiley holds the same opinion of the black electorate as Pat Buchanan. In this forum and others, I have seen endorsements of Obama range from youthful, passionate, unrestrained idealism to realism to measured neutrality if not outright indifference. In other words, black supporters of Senator Obama do not speak with one voice.

you call that angry? lol

I guess for Clarence it is

rikyrah, I read this here

Power by Michael Kordarikyrah, I read this here book, which I believe is out of print, as a teenager. Basically, instructions on being passive-agressive for the wealthy but soft.

It is anger. Highly sublimated, but it peeked out when he interrupted Pat's interruption.

I discerned a combination of

I discerned a combination of humor and cool posture on Clarence's part. But what else did he do?

He came prepared. He was trying to laugh it off but he couldn't if Pat got off HIS prepared statement.

Is this innate temperament or acquired skill?

Definitely takes practice.

Not just an opinion

Tavis is a fake and a fraud, he's pimping "black" as a cover for money making. He's corporate owned and controlled. He came through Oakland and we got a chance to deal directly with him and his people and trust me black runs a distant last behind green when it comes to Tavis.

Black overwhelming democratic support is a non issue, hypnotically, despite lack of return they have supported the Dems white or black. And black folks aint voting for McSame because they clearly remember how racist MsSame/Arizona and its politicians/white population were in regards to showing their tails and horns about the King holiday. Actually that's a good question for Palin..what was her stance on the MLK holiday at the time? We know how racist white Alaskans are.

"Pat gots to go." Pat's and

"Pat gots to go."

Pat's and other white people's response to Black's support of Obama is to be expected. They have always considered Black solidarity as something threatning. So I think it is important to have those sentiments aired by whites like him. Its always good to know how people REALLY feel about you. Obama's candidacy is really straining America's ability to hide it's true racist propensities. And every time whites like Pat talk they further put those propensities on display.
