Ex-Insider Testifies to 'Fear Tactics'

Health insurers have forced consumers to pay billions of dollars in medical bills that the insurers themselves should have paid, according to a report released yesterday by the staff of the Senate Commerce Committee.
I think we should file a class action suit agant the insurance industry. That report should be unimpeachable evidence. If handled honestly it would break the medical insurance industry, so it could produce some hard, arm-twisting discussions.
That's if the government doesn't decide to just bail them out.
