The Memory Hole, via Professor Kim
As of 7 January 2005, the website of the US Commission on Civil Rights has been purged of 20 reports that didn't meet the approval of the agency's Republican majority.
The site says that you may still order copies of these reports, but, tellingly, they require that you give them a physical mailing address. In other words, they'll send you a paper copy of a report, not an easily-postable electronic copy.
The Memory Hole was able to locate
1719 of these deleted reports. They have been posted below. (If you can find any of the other three, please send them.)

Am I alone in being deeply disturbed by Bush's continuing efforts to censor information detailing the truth about his administration? If he is so proud of his hard work in protecting freedom around the world, why does he refuse to publish the work of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights during his first term? That Commission's work is by law to include appraisals of federal policies with respect to discrimination or denial of equal protection of laws, but when it concludes that Bush has no clear agenda on civil rights, and has failed to make it a priority, Bush purges their report (just prior to the November '04 elections!). Bush does not want to hear honest appraisals of his record, only sycophantic praise. No wonder his supporters see him as a resolute leader; by supressing dissent and re-writing history, he can stand by those actions he is willing to take credit for--at least until they embarrass him, and then he can simply purge those reports, too, and pretend it never happened.
What's worse, Bush is only able to get away with this with the knowing consent of the millions of ignorant Americans who are willing to believe whatever drivel they're fed on Faux News or by the "independent" press. Even when people stumble on the truth (Abu Gharaib), they try to reconcile it with the bullshit they've already been feed, rather than re-think what they think they know. People want their president to be smart and wise, and even when it's clear he's not, they'd rather pretend he is than take responsibility for giving him control over our future.
Democracy is an awesome responsibility, and apparently too many of us just aren't up to the task.
